Purpose:
- To help members fill positions within their companies with talented female diversity hires.
- To help members find open jobs and have an “inner connection” when applying.
Audience:
Only open to PWCC members.
General Guidelines for use:
- Members can post jobs as well as respond to postings.
- There is no approval process, but professional discretion is expected.
- Members can post by sending a completed template (found on the website) to PWCC – will be displayed within two business days.
- Members can view all postings and should reply to the listed contact directly vs. through the site.
- All postings will be removed after 30 days but can be renewed for another 30 day period.
- Members are asked to follow up with PWCC to let us know what sort of response you get on postings or to let us know if you were hired through this vehicle.
Directions for Use:
Posting:
- Sign in to website
- Go to Resources – Job Board
- Click on “General Guidelines” for how to use
- Click on “Post A Job” and print the template form
- Complete the form and email to admin@pwcc.org or fax to (312) 750-1203
- PWCC will post your job within 24 hours
- Let PWCC know how many “hits” you received from members and if one resulted in a hire
Applying:
- Sign on to website
- Go to Resources – Job Board
- All jobs will be listed
- Contact the point person on the posting directly outside of the website
- Let PWCC know if you secured a job through this vehicle
